Intro: Welcome to my blog about the benefits and procedure of eyeliner tattooing. I know a lot of people lover wearing eyeliner but are nervous about the idea of a tattoo so close to their eye! Well, I am here to explain how you have nothing to worry about and in this post ill discuss the many benefits of eyeliner tattooing and provide a detailed overview of the procedure:
How long does it last? Eyeliner tattoos have long-lasting results, typically lasting 1-3 years before needing a touch-up. This makes it a cost-effective and convenient option for my clients.
Once we have decided on the style, I will begin by applying numbing cream to the area to minimize any discomfort. Once the area is numb, I’ll use a handheld digital machine to implant the pigments into the lash line. The technique used will depend on the look you are going for, whether it’s a natural liner, or a more smokey liner. I’ll work slowly and carefully to ensure that the pigments are applied evenly and precisely. I will have a firm stretch and grip to your eyelid, with your eye closed working on the lash line and above only. I go no where near your actual eyeball 😊
The procedure can take up to an hour, depending on the technique used and the size of the area. During the procedure, you may feel a slight discomfort or pressure, but it shouldn’t be painful. If you do experience any discomfort, we can stop and apply more numbing cream.
After the procedure, I’ll clean the area and apply some aftercare cream to help with the healing process. I’ll also give you a detailed aftercare package with instructions on how to care for the area over the next few days and weeks. This will include things like avoiding direct sunlight, keeping the area clean and dry, and avoiding certain products such as makeup or skincare.
It is important to note that after the procedure, the area may appear darker than the final result due to the pigment settling into the skin. The pigments may also scab over and flake off during the healing process, so it’s important to follow the aftercare instructions provided by me to ensure that the area heals properly. It is important to note that after the procedure, the area may appear darker than the final result due to the pigment settling into the skin.
